dejo por aqui un video de un soldado americano que entrena mma y que es un desfase. del entrenamiento no me impresionan muchas cosas, simplemente las instalaciones, la posibilidad de entrenar con tanta gente buena de una forma tan mfqh, el tema de las artes marciales

La verdad es que esos gimnasios americanos molan mucho... en mi ciudad creo que solo hay uno pero entrenan crossfit y me pilla bastante lejos xD

Pero la verdad es que da un salto tremendo.
