La intensidad de la congesti\u00f3n depender\u00e1 obviamente del tipo de entrenamiento que hiciste, pero deber\u00edas sentir los m\u00fasculos que entrenaste.<\/p>\n<p>3) Dos o tres horas despu\u00e9s de completar la sesi\u00f3n, deber\u00edas tener ganas de m\u00e1s entrenamiento.
