2. Ring push up 2x10, 10 @ 1'
3. Pike push up 3x10, 8, 6 @ 1'
4. Triceps extension 3x10, 10, 10 @ 1'
5. Lateral raises 2x17, 15 @ 1'
6. Bent over raises 2x15, 13 @ 1'
7. Bent leg raises (acostado en el suelo) 2x15, 13 @ 1'

Entrenamiento de hoy 03/04:

1. Declined push up 3x10, 10, 10 + 2x12, 12 @ 1'
2. Pike push up 3x10, 8, 6 @ 1'
3. Close push up 3x10, 10, 10 @ 1'
4. Lateral raises 2x17, 14 @ 1
5. Bent over raises 2x17, 15 @ 1'
6. Bent leg raises (acostado en el suelo) 2x15, 12 @ 1'

Hoy no tenía las anillas disponibles así que tuve que improvisar.

En lugar de las flexiones con anillas, tanto las búlgaras como las normales, hice flexiones declinadas valiéndome de una escalera.

Y en lugar de las extensiones de tríceps hice flexiones de agarre cerrado.
